Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Brown & Company Salon, every appointment is reserved with care and intention. When a guest schedules time with one of our service providers, that time is set aside exclusively for them — it’s part of our mission to deliver consistent, exceptional experiences while respecting both our guests’ and our team’s time.
To honor that commitment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice — or missed appointments without notice — will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service cost.
We understand that life happens — and we’re always here with grace and understanding. That said, these policies allow us to operate smoothly, support our team’s livelihood, and accommodate all our guests as fairly as possible.
For this reason, we do require a card on file when booking any appointment.
