From the moment you walk in our door you'll be greeted and served by our front desk coordinator. As your invited onto the salon floor, rest assured every stylist on our team has undergone our specialized training program to provide top-notch hair services and ensure a positive customer experience. We openly discuss your beauty budget and expectations to enhance your overall experience with us. Please notice the price per service varies per stylist based on their level of experience and demand of their time.

Mike Brown
Founder - Master Barber
Mike is a Master Barber, the guy who keeps everything running at Brown & Co. Known for his easygoing personality, guests love that they can relax, have a great conversation, and leave looking their best.
When he's not behind the chair, you'll find him hunting, fishing, golfing, or fixing whatever Jessica and the team have managed to break. As a devoted husband, father, and family man, Mike brings hard work, integrity, and a good sense of humor to everything he does.
Jessica Brown
Founder - Level 5 Stylist
With 23 years in the beauty industry, my passion is creating an exceptional salon experience while helping every guest look and feel their best. As a salon owner, stylist, educator, wife, and proud mama of four, with three currently serving in the U.S. military, I understand the importance of connection, service, and dedication. I also love mentoring career-minded stylists and helping them build successful, fulfilling careers. If you don't see an appointment time that works for you online, please contact the salon and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

I’m Shayna, the first face you see when you visit brown & company salon! I make sure the daily schedule stays on track. I’m also here to assist you in finding the perfect products for your hair. I enjoy meeting and talking with new people, which is probably why I love my job so much! When I’m not at the salon, I’m spending time with my husband and our sweet puppy, BB.
